The demand from the client was the renovation, extension and conversion of a commercial space into an office for local community. On the first floor the meeting rooms and some private offices, while on the ground floor an open space can be easily divided into several smaller rooms for private meetings. A kitchen is placed in the middle of the space to become the central core of the office and a meeting place for co-workers. Although the limited budget, we tried to convey the energy of a local community center into a warm and well structured space to share different activities and interests at the same time.
